Historical Charles Apartments and Hot Springs
The Main Spa building at the Charles dates back to 1947, when it was completed as a Hot Springs available to the general public, due to the buildings timing in history the walls are all steel reinforced concrete bomb shelter walls. The Charles Motel & Hot springs has been pumping piping hot 112.4 degree hot water from below the sandstone layer for the use of healing since the forties, and we intend on keeping it original. With minor updates here and there to keep up with the time, like offering wireless internet in the lobby, having a beautiful gift shop, and adding two open air roof-top jet-tubs that circulate hot springs water. We still have a Mens side and a Ladies side, all our tubs are private, clothing optional, the tiling in the indoor hot tubs is original, we suggest the same healing techniques hat have been used with these waters for centuries, and will for more.
